Steps
-Now login to the "Blogger Dashboard"
-Go to the blog.
-Click on the "Template" tab.
-And then click on "Edit Html"
-After this,Click a tick on"Expand Template" button.
-Press CTRL+F & search <h3>.
-Convert <h3> ,</h3> to <h2>,</h2>
-Then click on the save template.
